Dx w small bowel obstruction, recovering so dx correct but i have none of the listed issues (hernia, cancer, scarring) nor vomiting. what else causes?

Sometimes: "intussusception" a spontaneous "strangulation" of the bowel may the reason (no known cause) or ANY PRIOR abdominal surgery!!! Hope this helps! Dr Z
