Exercise for overall: health. Do some cardiovascular like running and some weight lifting for muscle and bone health as long as your doc says your health is ok to exercise. Otherwise, concentrate on the way you treat people and your values. That's much more important than your butt and more long-lasting in terms of relationships. Peace and good health.
