Ouch!: Cysts and pimples inside the nose are painful, aren't they? Avoid squeezing or pushing on it. Warm moist compresses (somewhat difficult in this spot) can help encourage drainage. Swabs with Qtip smeared with antibiotic ointment twice daily can help reduce infection. NSAIDs such as Motrin or Advil (ibuprofen) can help for pain and inflammation.
