Call Dr. Soon: Strattera and wellbutrin (bupropion) both increase norepinephrine activation- which is a neurochemical to increase the fight or flight response. They are used in adhd because this neurochemical effect can increase focus as well but using two meds in the same class has downside of over activation with and increasing anxiety. Ask your doctor controlling anxiety first with ssri, 2nd is adhd. Take care.
