Throat: Could be the Paxil (paroxetine). Make sure you drink lots of water to compensate but you might need to speak with your doctor if the symptom persists

Dry mouth: Paxil (paroxetine) may cause some dry mouth/throat sensation. You can try using an over the counter mouth wash or toothpaste or lozenge designed to decrease dry mouth. However, see your primary care doc to be sure something else isn't the cause of your symptoms.
