Caution!: It is impossible to make a diagnosis over the phone. Namely because a patient often cannot accurately describe the lesion/conditions in terms needed to make the diagnosis. Suggest you speak to your dentist for a full evaluation and comparison of your med history and medications. Sore throats can be viral, bacterial, allergic, traumatic, auto-immune, chemical, etc. Strongly suggest another opinion.
