Unable to answer: Excellent really has any effect on blood pressure. Your morning shower and the banana probably played no role either. Sometimes blood pressure fluctuates from day to day within a given individual. A single blood pressure reading does not make for a diagnosis of hypertension. Please follow your blood pressure readings regularly and consult with your family doctor or a cardiologist if your blood pressure remains elevated. Again, idon't think that it has anything to do with the paxil (paroxetine).Best wishes.
