You may have : Plantar fascitiis. What type of doctor did you see? Internist? Podiatrist? Orthopedist? The advantage of seeing a specialist is they will evaluate your biomechanics which plantar fascitis plays a big role.

Re-evaluation: Get re-evaluated, I suggest getting an MRI to see the soft tissue as well as the bone around the heel. Physical might be beneficial.
