On celexa 20mg for 6 years. it stopped working. i have had 3 panic attacks. primary doc added buspar 10 mg 2x/day 5 days ago. experiencing increased nervousness, jitters, muscle twitch. should i hold out as it does block a full panic.

YES , HOLD OUT: Buspar takes 4 to six weeks before you see the benefits from it. You may need up to 40 mg of Buspar a day before maximum benefit is noted.
