Low implantation: If it is very close to the cervix we do sometimes see an increase in miscarriage rates. However, as the uterus increases in size the location of the implantation will look like it is migrating up. This is not really the case. The uterus elongates as it enlarges, so the area between your embryo and the cervix gets further apart. Only worry if having bleeding that is heavy.
