Nerves in area: It sounds like your femoral artery was operated on. There are several nerves that are covering and are adjacent to that artery. Those nerves can get irritated, causing pain. Commonly, it resolves after a few weeks, but your physician may have some helpful treatment. Please revisit the surgeon for detailed advice.
