Hmmm: Those pressures are borderline high for most people. But there is no set cut-off for what normal is. It depends on the individual. Lots of factors go into play here including your history, the appearance of your optic nerves, the thickness of your cornea, and your visual field exam. Ask you ophthalmologist.
