Why after i workout do i feel pressure behind eyes?

Difficult to say: The intraocular pressure could be elevated in the eyes. Sometimes being face down or upside down for a while can cause that. There are some things on exam that can be looked for that might put you at risk. Since you are in sanford, i would be happy to see you, if you wished.
