That depends: I pressure alone is not always the only indicator to start treatment. There might be a reason why the eye pressure is higher in your left ey. A simple reason would be eyelid squeezing or holding your breath while having your price pressure checked. your eye doctor will do some other testing to decide whether you require treatment.
