5mos rlq (constant). fatigue, headaches, malaise. 2x tvus, 1 ct scan. cyst on 1st us, gone on 2nd us. ct unremarkable. could something be missed??

Possibly.: Your persistent RUQ pain with other mentioned symptoms sounds like a systemic illness such as inflammatory bowel disease. Other localized problems such as appendicitis and ovarian cyst/mass would have been seen on the CT. scan and TVUS. Further workup like colonoscopy,sigmoidoscopy, exploratory laparoscopy might be necessary for adequate diagnosis. I recommend following up with gastroenterologist.
