Probably not: CT is pretty good to image the left side of the abdomen. In this setting MRI is best for problem solving. MRI is based on magnetic techniques. Depends on breathing and technology to get image without movement. CT better at stopping breathing movement. Better picture. The stronger the magnet the better the image.
