MRI more sensitive: The MRI is a more sensitive test than a CT scan.

Reasons: MRI is far more sensitive and precise determination of white matter lesions. If you have Sjogen's, this could be explanation, but you may need serial MRI studies or even MRI of neck to fully clarify. In some situations, a lumbar puncture may provide additional clarification.
