I have freckles & i have now tried the retrieve cream and layered it on and no redness or tingling or anything? does this mean it won't work for me?

Freckles: usually do not cause skin cancer hence do not need to be treated. Most cream or lotion will be ineffective. Make up can be used to cover freckles. People who freckle easily may avoid exposure to sunlight and wear sunblock. If particularly concerned about looks laser treatment may be an option

Layering Retrieve: Ideally you want to apply a thin layer to cleansed skin nightly, and use an antioxidant sunscreen daily. Adding extra layers does not accelerate or improve your results. Redness, tingling and flaking are common occurrences with tretinoin use, but these side effects are not necessary to see improvement. If you wish faster improvement, you may want to consider adding a series of peels.
