TO BE SEEN: It is important for a doctor to see and examine a patient to get the whole picture. I would see a physician. Even if it is you would need an rx for treatment.

Could be or allergy: If you have those symptoms as a reaction to a product it sounds more like allergy or allergic dermatitis. You may also have rosacea, which can result in flushing and facial redness especially with heat, stress or alcohol triggers. Either way you should see a dermatologist for evaluation and treatment.

Can be contact: Dermatitis, if something you used started producing an itchiness, and then irritation immediately afterwards, and felt hot, and flushed. Best to discuss with your doctor, and look at the ingredients to determine what you may be allergic to. So, you can avoid this in the future. Look the product up under ewg.Org , skin deep and see what it says. Call your doctor if it's still irritated for help.
