Several ways: There are several way to improve cognitive performance. First, get enough sleep, 7-8 hours a night. Second, do moderate exercise 4-5 times per week. Exercise has been shown to improve brain function. Finally, exercise your brain. Read, do challenging puzzles, and learn something new, like chess.
