Curious complaint: I would classify this as a paresthesia. This is when your sensory nerves are overactive and give funny sensations. Common etiology could be electrolyte problem or vitamin def. You have history of bipolar and that can be associated with symptoms like this. Environmental factors such as EMF sensitivity are possible. Talk to your doctor.

I have been having extremely itchy skin. Starts on hands and feet. Sometimes on the rest of my body. There are no marks to show any signs of rash. That is until I claw myself to death.
