Curious complaint: I would classify this as a paresthesia. This is when your sensory nerves are overactive and give funny sensations. Common etiology could be electrolyte problem or vitamin def. You have history of bipolar and that can be associated with symptoms like this. Environmental factors such as EMF sensitivity are possible. Talk to your doctor.
