3 swollen glands on back if head really tender slight temp don't feel ill or any other symptoms they just appeared any thoughts .?

Infected lymph nodes: could be infected lymph nodes from a scalp infection.could be a sebaceous cyst that is inflammed--tho with 3 of them it is unlikely.if they remain painful see a dr--may need an antibiotic
