How long have you: had this? If you have feet that smell bad, you have to determine the cause. So work with your doctor on that, as it could be from fungus picked up at the gym, or wet floor elsewhere, and if it itches, it may be something that can be treated OTC. However, it's best to have it evaluated, as there may be something more than what you are stating that has an internal reason that's causing this.

Hygiene/astringent: Antibacterial soap and the use of an astringent antiperspirant roll on deodorant- if this is ineffective after 1 week- call your doctor and ask about a medication called DriSol- only available by Rx.

Dry & Kill bacteria: Crucial to skin&toenail health + smell is moisture. Thus keep socks dry, use shoes with adequate ventilation for the activities performed & personal rate of sweating, change socks more frequently, etc. Because socks & especially shoes are always infected by bacteria&fungus on our shin & living off the skin debris we shed: wash shocks, rotate shoes frequently & use shoe ozone, e.g. OT-SC300, daily.

Where to begin: Over the counter foot powder. Wash your feet daily. You can spray your shoes with Lysol disinfecting spray at night and leave them open to dry or you can get a UV shoe sterilizer. There are special soaking solutions, or you can try black tea (Luke warm foot basin and 3-4 tea bags, make it really concentrated). I fall else fails you can inquire about Botox injections into your feet.
