Sinusitis: Hi, usually sinuses r filled with air in case of sinusitis the lining of sinuses become inflamed due to blockage 2/2 cold, allergy, nose problems like polyps. It seems u have a case of subacute sinusitis, if u r not improving then one should look into causes mentioned above, usually the treatment of acute sinusitis is decongestant , nose spray but if patient looks sick and has fever Antibiotics
