A few thoughts..: Meticulous home care with proper brushing and flossing will help keep them clean and cavity free. Avoid food and habits that can stain the teeth (coffee, tea, and smoking). Visit your dentist at least 2x year for a professional cleaning. Finally, to get them their whitest, use professional whitening products. Hope this info helps...

Professional help: First see a Dentist to make sure your teeth and gums are healthy, and have them professionally cleaned. Ask your Dentist about tooth whitening procedures. Once the Dentist whitens your teeth you can use whitening strips or whitening toothpaste to prolong the color change. IMPORTANT that you start with a trip to your Dentist before you do anything else.
