Avoid staining foods: Teeth change color as we age and consume staining foods. Things like red wine, tomato sauces, coffee and tea are notable causes. Limit intake, brush after exposure to these foods. Regular professional cleaning, whitening toothpastes also, help. Finally, professional whitening can reverse the staining.

Avoid staining foods: Teeth become yellow for 2 main reasons- staining foods- the most common are coffee, tomato sauce, and wine. Avoiding these and other staining foods are your best bet. If you can using a straw so it does not get in your front teeth helps. The second reason is due to loss of enamel or the harder outer white layer of teeth. Unfortunatley this happens as you get older, but acidic drinks/foods also.
