Normal?: The permanent teeth are usually a bit darker/yellow than the baby teeth. But if you are concerned, i would see a dentist just to make sure the teeth are erupting properly and healthy. Some permanent teeth do erupt with some different colored spots on them, which could be from abnormal enamel development. Have it checked just to be sure.
