In short, no...: The adult teeth are naturally more yellowish in color. The layer of the tooth that imparts color is thicker in the adult teeth; as a result, the adult teeth have more color other than white....

Normal?: The permanent teeth are usually a bit darker/yellow than the baby teeth. But if you are concerned, i would see a dentist just to make sure the teeth are erupting properly and healthy. Some permanent teeth do erupt with some different colored spots on them, which could be from abnormal enamel development. Have it checked just to be sure.
