If there is pain &: swelling involved,an X-ray is in order as well as an exam? Many little important bones in wrist can easily break with a fall.

Take her to ER: YOU MIGHT NEED TO TAKE HER TO URGENT CARE OR EMERGENCY ROOM she might need an X ray to make sure she does not have any fracture some fracture in the wrist might be non displaced so deformity could be absent if assure her there is no fracture at least they can provide her with a splint to minimize the pain while recovering and medication for the pain please take her to the ER GOOD LUCK

Have her see Dr.: There is the chance she may have even suffered a fracture of the wrist joint/bone(s) which is very common when falling on an outstretched Hand. Good luck.

Get this X-rayed: There are multiple bones and ligaments within the wrist, and you need to first ascertain whether she suffered a small stress fracture, but there may have been tendon trauma also. Do not delay, as in some cases, aseptic necrosis of bone can develop leading to chronic problems. This may be a reason to visit urgent care center or emergency room.
