Sleeping: sleep can be affected by many things. Is this a recent change, maybe something is on your mind, are you stressed out? Excercise can sometimes help clear your head. Decrease caffeine in your diet, look at your sleeping area. Is the room dark enough, with no stimulation. Sometimes ambient backgound noise can be helpful, like wave sounds. Benedryl also is poss for sleeping.
