Doc said there was a bit of sugar in my pee. pee test came back - for diabetes but that may be cuz i had eaten. if not diabetes,what else can it be?

Spilling glucose: Spilling glucose in the urine is a sign of elevated blood sugar which may indeed be the result of what you ate immediately before your urine test. Diabetes cannot be fully ruled out with urine tests - a fasting blood glucose or a Hemoglobin A1c are the best place to start.

Need blood analysis: In order to diagnose diabetes, a blood test is needed for confirmation.
