Here are some ...: Your described scenario strongly suggests no UTI, but one urinalysis is needed to clear any doubt. Usually, an adult goes to bathroom 3-6 times daily to void some 200-500 cc in 10-25 seconds each time. Voiding often at 23 usually may result from over-drinking of water or juice or caffeine-containing beverage life coffee, pop, etc. So, modify lifestyle first & watch for personal bladder stability.

Unlikely: At age 20,male,urinary frequency with no other symptoms(such as burning urination or voiding very small amt.at a time or urgency..)& clear urine is unlikely to be UTI. Your fluid intake is definitely a factor that contributes to how often you void. For your peace of mind if you are worried,get a urinalysis either at your doctor or buy OTC dipstick also online.Take care.

Infection: Something is causing the symptoms and the most common cause would be STDs, Prostatitis and then Urinary tract infection.
