Probably strain: The pain is probably unrelated to smoking, but DON'T LET THAT INTERFERE WITH YOUR SMOKING CESSATION PLAN! Pain is not a typical symptom of smoking related lung or heart problems, especially at your age. You probably lifted something or used your arms overhead or excessively yesterday without remembering. You can ice the area, & use ibuprofen according to directions. STAY WITH YOUR QUITTING PLAN!
