Seek help: Your type of anxiety may be social anxiety or Agoraphobia which means it going outside in any situation brings you the feeling of nervousness. Cognitive behavioral therapy as well as psychiatric medicine does wonders and helping you overcome this limitation. Good luck

What to do.. depends: You *might* have Social Anxiety Disorder & Agoraphobia. *BUT* I'd strongly recommend consulting with a mental health professional - a psychiatrist or psychologist. Your fear of leaving the house/your bed, etc. could actually be better explained by another condition or conditions. For you to get the most effective treatment and get your life back, you'd want to make sure to get carefully diagnosed.
