Yes: The ones commercially available generally have very good data as far as their sensitivity and specificity of detection. Most are currently aimed at detecting chromosomal trisomies (of which Down's is one) and are mostly used in high-risk patients. There are plans to expand their use to the general population and to test for more genetic diseases in the future.
