What DNA test?: Are you talking about cell free dna to detect chromosome problems like Down syndrome (trisomy 21)? If so, the accuracy depends on which test and which chromosome you are concerned about. The companies quote a 99% detection rate for Down syndrome but lower for other chromosomes. You can usually test after 10 weeks of pregnancy.
