See your doctor: this is a complicated situation and lots of tests need to be done to be sure nothing is being missed. It will be frustrating as a patient to go through all this. I have no idea about the cysts on the scan, where they are, but usually they are benign. If you have polycystic kidney disease they would have told you already. It is impossible to give you a second opinion with the little data
