3weeks of r abdo discomfort loose/ semi formed stools, fatigue+ low appetite. also +urination. stools and bloods fine. cysts on scan ? advice?

See your doctor: this is a complicated situation and lots of tests need to be done to be sure nothing is being missed. It will be frustrating as a patient to go through all this. I have no idea about the cysts on the scan, where they are, but usually they are benign. If you have polycystic kidney disease they would have told you already.
