Possible: If you have pain in the area that you it it could be that you have fractured the bone. Signs of a break (fracture) are pain, swelling and difficulty walking on the foot. It would be best to see your doctor and get an xray.

Get an x ray: This type of injury causes a subtle fracture and or dislocation called Lisfranc's injury. It can be easily missed, so I would recommend a specialist evaluation. See a Podiatrist or an orthopedic foot specialist.
