One cup is safe: Drinking one cup of coffee daily should cause no problems. There may even be some health benefits to drinking limited amounts of coffee. It is when people drink a great deal of coffee that it can cause some problems. Enjoy your cup of coffee, just don't drink it too close to bedtime as it can cause sleep disturbances.

In fact, there is evidence that mild to moderate caffeine intake can boost memory and concentration, improve reaction time, and improve athletic performance. Just don't overindulge, as too much caffeine won't improve the benefits, but will make you urinate quite a lot. Hope this helps!
