Variety of tests.: Asherman's syndrome is arare, and is the formation of adhesions and scar tissue inside the uterus, likely occurring after several D&C's. Infection must be ruled out with blood tests, direct examination with a scope (hesteroscopy), trans-vaginal sonogram are generally what will make the diagnosis.
