A member asked:

After getting a hysteroscopy/ d.c. to treat asherman's syndrome should i still cramping if this was done 2 days ago and why asherman's syndrome

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It may be normal: It may be normal to have some cramping for up to a week after this type of surgery. Severe pain or a fever should prompt u to call your dr right away. Asherman's syndrome is when scarring within the uterus occurs to distort the normal internal contour of the uterine cavity. It usu happens after an infection following a delivery that required a D&C afterwards; or in fection after a d&c.
