Minimal: The baby inside you does not know what or how you are feeling - whether you are calm, relaxed, anxious, in pain, etc. There would not be an impact on your baby as long as you maintain your health and nutrition. Anxiety is common in pregnancy and there are good treatment options for pregnant women who require treatment for anxiety (or other mood disorders). Good luck with your pregnancy.
