Different imaging: Echocardiograms are ultrasounds used to image the heart and calculate cardiac measurements of function. When you say MRA, I think you are referring to cardiac MRI which is magnetic resonance imaging of the heart. Both of these modalities are essentially taking different types of pictures of your heart They are not direct measures, thus there are differences in the values. Your values look normal.
