Get checked: This might be related to a hormonal problem with your current cycle however it would be prudent to make sure there is no other possible cause such as infection. In addition, pregnancy is also a possibility even if you have an IUD. I would suggest you make an appointment with your gynecologist for a prompt evaluation.
