Can wait until...: After getting married to a guy free of STD's (or figuring out how to prevent catching them if married to a guy with an STD), settling down, and getting good health insurance (just in case a cute baby happens, because they're not only cute but have doctor bills). But from a pregnancy prevention standpoint, Kyleena IUD works right away if placed within 7 days of the start of one's period.
