Not really but...: There are a number of unanswered questions. Did you have a renal biopsy to come up with the diagnosis of FSGS, or was it diagnosed empirically? I also see that you are on immunosuppressive therapy - what meds besides Cellcept (mycophenolate mofetil)? You're 50, and you have had a cardiac catheterization, which leads me to suspect that you may have a diagnosis of atherosclerotic disease. More details need to be provided.
