Could be IBS.: Hydrate better (using water, not soda or caffeine), eat a lot of fiber (vegetables encourage healthy microbiota in your intestines), and manage your stress. Pathogenic (unfriendly) bacteria in your gut love processed foods (high in sugar and fat), so avoid processed foods. See your doctor for diagnosis and more treatment strategies. Hard to say...: without a physical exam. Your stomach may appear bigger because of gas. It could also be due to your constipation. A simple inspection/percussion of your abdomen can usually tell if your stomach distention is due to gas or solids. You seem to be having difficulty with digestion. A good first step would be to cut out caffeine in your diet, mild exercise and make sure you get fiber in your diet
