Lactose intolerant and ate cheese.. got painful stomach ache and then diahrea. now i have bright red blood in my stool and mucus, along with an almost constant urge to poop, i've also been a little constipated lately. also no pain. what could it be?

Lactose intolerance includes all dairy products, and the lack of the cleaving of lactose allows oxidation to lactic acid, an irritant of the GI tract which can cause the symptoms in your question. Get a referral to a GI physician, as there are other potential causes for blood in the stool.
