Have it looked at: Honestly,it would be incredibly difficult to tell you what is causing your pain without being able to look inside and see.Can you actually feel a lump on your cervix?Are you sure is on the cervix and not the wall of the vagina? Does it ever bleed?When was the last pelvic/well woman exam you had or pap smear?My recommendation would be to have your doctor examine it and see for him/herself the cause

Hard to say: without a physical exam. Could be an infection, a cyst, any number of things. I would recommend seeing a gynecologist in your area. Never ignore pain!
