Depends: Depends on the state you live in. Some MDs do it as part of any physical as it is an inexpensive and quick way to look at the function of different parts of the body.

Depends: The typical sports physical does not require a urine test. However, if you are sexually active, a test may be done to screen for chlamydia.

That depends: Most sports physicals are done on adolescent and young adult athletes to rule out cardiac or other physiological problems that could result in harm to the athlete. If your concern is about either being tested for performance enhancing or recreational drugs, that's typically not done unless you are competing NCAA or professional. That said, you should not be using either.Blood & urine chkd 2C if OK

I don't think so..: I do many sports physicals, especially this time of year, and I'm not sure I've ever had to run a urine test at the request of the school to tell you the truth. I suppose it's possible that a school could require it, especially if they want to drug test you, but that is the only reason I can think of that they might want to add that to the physical. But, again, I have never had this asked of me.
