See doc ASAP: Should see your doc asap to have your kidneys and other innards evaluated with a ct scan. You are clearly bleeding internally. Question is where and how severe. Any injury significant enough to do this could have disrupted any of a number of things which could get you into real trouble. Ps i love belfast.
